By accessing or using TravelSlides (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TravelSlides is a web-based application that allows users to generate visual presentations, including Google Slides, based on information provided by the user. TravelSlides does not plan, book, or manage travel on behalf of users.
3. Travel Information Disclaimer
TravelSlides provides visual presentations based on information supplied by the user and publicly available sources. TravelSlides does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing, or suitability of any travel-related information displayed in generated presentations. Users are responsible for independently verifying all travel details before making any travel-related decisions.
4. User Accounts
Users may authenticate using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Use of Google Services
TravelSlides integrates with Google APIs to create and manage Google Slides files at the user’s request. Access to Google Drive is limited to files created by the application or files explicitly selected by the user. Use of Google services is subject to Google’s own terms and policies.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to TravelSlides. By using the Service, you grant TravelSlides a limited license to use, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Subscription Plans and Billing
TravelSlides offers subscription-based plans billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected by the user.
By selecting a subscription plan, you authorize TravelSlides to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance of each billing period.
8. Free Trial
TravelSlides may offer a free trial period of three (3) days for eligible subscription plans. Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee for the selected plan.
Only one free trial may be used per user unless otherwise stated.
9. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that time.
10. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor, Stripe. TravelSlides does not store or process payment card details directly.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes fees charged after the completion of a free trial, whether or not the Service was used during the billing period, partial billing periods, unused features, or account inactivity.
11. Changes to Pricing and Plans
TravelSlides reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, billing frequency, or plan features at any time. Any changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice to the user.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access or modify data you do not have permission to access
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
Reverse engineer or misuse the Service
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the TravelSlides platform, including software, branding, and design, remains the exclusive property of TravelSlides. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use TravelSlides’ intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” TravelSlides makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelSlides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
16. Termination
TravelSlides may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or if the Service is discontinued.
17. Changes to Terms
TravelSlides reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
